The problem: A notebook, a spreadsheet, a till made up as they went: stock that lies, credit that gets forgotten, a day that never quite closes.
What I did: A till you can run in the shop, with Wave and Orange Money on every sale, and a close you can read back.
What changed: 10+ merchants live, in Senegal and across West Africa.

One doorway for many subsidiaries

The problem: Every partner spoke a different dialect. The core could not be put on the public internet.
What I did: One front door: who is calling, which version, what limit, what trace. The client detail stays confidential.
What changed: Subsidiaries share the same contracts, on platforms that serve 11+ of them.

Payments & mobile money

SETTLED

One contract for three wallets

The problem: Three separate integrations, and a payment marked accepted that had not been collected yet.
What I did: One contract to start, confirm, and reconcile. The wallet differences stay behind it.
What changed: One contract to take a payment, whether the money moves through Wave, Orange Money, or Free Money.

Alerts and processes you can trace

The problem: Without real-time data, the alert comes too late. Without a trace, nobody can say who did what.
What I did: Specification and scoping: real-time data, alerts, and a process you can trace afterwards.
What changed: A scope designed for the road, the volcano, and the atmosphere. Design, not a production launch.
