How do engagements start?
Hiring starts with Experience, the CV, and a role brief. A project starts with a scope brief. Most builds then follow an architecture sprint.
Are you available, and is delivery remote?
The current Synapse role is full-time and on-site in Dakar. Written client work is remote from Dakar, with overlap for critical workshops. The start date for a role or a project is in the reply. Calls are in French; English is professional in writing.
How do we shape the engagement?
Most projects start with the architecture sprint. A scoped build, MVP, or contract embed comes after that plan. If the system already exists, an architecture review is the other first step.
Can you work inside regulated banking or payment environments?
Yes. Experience includes Synapse delivery for Bank of Africa Group platforms, payment and PSP integrations (Wave, Orange Money, Free Money), audit-friendly trails, and production ownership where compliance and reliability matter. Applied AI for payment operations is a direction, not an offering shipped into a regulated environment.
Who actually does the work?
